My first thought was that it should have been "Red Crow"? But even then it doesn't seem like an RPG item. It should be something you can eat/drink/sprinkle over someone.

But then I remembered that Red Heifers pop up in some religious writings

"In Abrahamic tradition, the Red Heifer (Hebrew: פרה אדמה‎; Parah Adumah) was a sacrificial cow whose ashes were used for the ritual purification of people who came into contact with a corpse."

so... maybe it has something to do with that?

Well that's pretty obvious. It might even be intentional! The question is: what's the CORRECT translation? What's the original?

Google tells me a "Pittan" is some kind of figurine, which...I don't know. I can only guess it's a cultural reference, in which case a Red Bull stand-in is probably a good equivalent.

Here I am trying to make theological guesses, and it's just a dumb cultural reference.

They should've called it "Volt Cola" or something for that extra shot of caffeine-infused 80s nostalgia.
